Settling into the session (5 min). We begin with a brief check-in on your current state, any relevant developments since the previous session, and what feels most present for you today.
Exploring the issue and defining the goal (10–15 min). Before moving into hypnosis, we take time to understand the issue more clearly. We explore what is happening, how it shows up, what may be maintaining it, and what kind of shift or result would be most meaningful for you in this session.
Hypnotherapy process (30–40 min). This is the guided therapeutic part of the session. Using relaxation, focused attention, and tailored hypnotherapeutic techniques, we work with the subconscious patterns connected to your topic in order to support change at a deeper level.
Closing (5 min). We gently close the process, reflect on any insights or shifts, and if relevant, discuss how to support the change beyond the session.
